We appreciate your inquiry and we will get in touch with you within the next 24 hours. Here is what you can expect to happen next:

1. The Nielsen Group will receive and read your email inquiry. It is our commitment to dedicate attention to all e-mail inquiries as soon as possible.
2. You can anticipate a phone call from my office at the phone number you provided. We will discuss the basic information about your case and outline your overall questions and concerns.
   1. Basic routine questions cover:
      • When you were charged
      • What charges are filed against you
      • Whether you have a criminal record
      • When and where you are asked to appear at court
   2. Often, it is helpful to have your legal paperwork in front of you when my office contacts you.
3. When you speak to my office, we can set you up for a time to meet with me for your free legal consultation appointment. I keep my schedule flexible to be able to be available to you when needed.
   1. Normally, I find that the best conversations, as well as the most effective means of asking and understanding the answers to questions is in person. Therefore, my office will ask you to come to my office for your free legal consultation.
      1. Most often, these meetings take place during the late afternoon and early evening, between 3 PM and 7 PM. If you need to come in during a different time, please let my office know.
   2. Under special circumstances, such as if you live too far away to visit my office in person, my office will set a free legal consultation appointment over the phone.
4. If we could not reach you by phone, and you have included an e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail inviting you to contact the office to coordinate a discussion.
5. After we have scheduled your free legal consultation please bring with you a couple of documents you have already received pertaining to your charge. We will used these as reference when we discuss your case. It is a good idea to bring with you to your consultation:
   • Your Summons (the white ticket)
   • Your Bail Bond (the green sheet of paper)
   • Any other documents pertaining to the incident or the arrest such as the BAC sheet if applicable.
6. For my free legal consultation appointments, I generally block off an hour of time to dedicate my attention to you and your case. If more time is required, that is no problem at all.
7. At your free legal consultation appointment, you can expect for me answer all of your questions, address all of your concerns and for me to outline for you how I would help to defend your case. Also at the free consultation meeting you can expect a quote for my legal services to represent you.
8. In respect of everyone’s time, if you cannot make it to your free legal consultation appointment, I ask that you call my office in advance to reschedule. We are more than happy to work with your schedule to set up a meeting time that will work for you.
9. If after meeting with me, you decide that you would like for me to start defending your case, my office can accept payment by cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards.
